1. About ticket purchases

ARA Events provides an online ticketing service for events.

Your ticket purchase is subject to the event information displayed on the Website, including the event date, venue, ticket type, price, seating information and any stated event-specific conditions.

2. Booking confirmation

After completing a purchase, you should receive a booking confirmation and, where applicable, electronic ticket(s) by email.

Please check your booking details carefully when you receive your confirmation.

If you do not receive your confirmation, contact ARA Events using the contact details on the Website.

3. Tickets

Each ticket is valid only for the event, date and ticket type stated on the ticket.

Where a ticket is issued for a specific seat, you should occupy the seat shown on your ticket unless authorised event staff tell you otherwise.

Tickets must not be duplicated, altered or used fraudulently.

4. Ticket prices and fees

The price payable for a ticket is the price displayed during checkout.

Where applicable, booking fees or other charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. Payment

Payments made through the Website are processed securely by Stripe.

A booking is not confirmed until the payment has been successfully processed and the booking has been confirmed.

6. Event changes and cancellation

Events may occasionally be changed, postponed or cancelled.

If an event organiser changes or cancels an event, ARA Events will provide information about the available options, including any applicable refund arrangements, using the contact details associated with the booking.

The availability of refunds may depend on the circumstances of the event and the applicable event organiser's policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy published on the Website and any event-specific refund terms displayed when purchasing a ticket.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact ARA Events with your booking reference.

8. Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, including your name and email address.

We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied during checkout.

9. Resale and transfer

Unless the event information specifically allows it, tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or transferred in a way that breaches the event organiser's conditions.

ARA Events may cancel tickets that are obtained or used fraudulently or in breach of applicable terms.

10. Entry to events

The event organiser or venue may have reasonable entry requirements and conditions.

These may include security checks, age restrictions, prohibited items, venue rules and requirements relating to late entry.

You should check the event information before attending.

11. Accessibility

If you require accessibility assistance, please contact ARA Events or the relevant event organiser before the event where possible so that appropriate arrangements can be considered.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, ARA Events is not responsible for losses that are outside its reasonable control.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will normally be the version presented at the time of purchase.
